Really happy with the gym sauna that David built for us. Great quality work, turned up when promised, and everything was finished to a high standard. Would definitely recommend.

We thoroughly recommend David. He insulated our floor, laid engineered wood and created under stairs cupboards. He has completed it all to a very high standard. He was really accommodating to our needs and very polite and reliable. Get a quote, you won’t be disappointed!

Dave did several jobs for us . Initially , we got him in to replace a door and after doing such a good job we asked him to put sound proofing in . This was something he went & researched, organised . At all points he was super professional, courteous and worked diligently. We will def be getting him to do any future work we require , a great find.

David has been exceptional from start to finish. He’s carried out all the joinery and carpentry throughout my refurbishment to an outstanding standard, nothing has been too much trouble, and every detail has been finished perfectly. He even built the entire roof for my extension, which was completed with real skill.

Reliable, hardworking, David is the kind of tradesman you’re grateful to have on your project or home. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

**A True Craftsman - Exceptional Staircase Remodel**

We recently hired Dave from POD Carpentry and Joinery to remodel a very old and tired staircase in our 120-year-old house, and the result is nothing short of spectacular. We wanted to replace the dated, squeaky carpeted stairs with a solid oak staircase that was in keeping with the original style of our home.

From the very beginning, Dave's approach was exemplary. He did an amazing job of understanding our requirements, explaining the entire process, and providing a proposal with a clear pricing and payment schedule. His execution was flawless.

Dave pre-ordered all the materials, and the new oak was a perfect match for our existing flooring. He was incredibly skilled in tackling the challenges of an old house, including the removal of the old lime plaster. While this created a lot of dust (as we expected), Dave was meticulous in cleaning everything up afterwards. Throughout the installation, he was also very flexible, accommodating our need to prepare the area for decoration.

The transformation is stunning. We have gone from a creaky, dated staircase to a beautiful, solid, and silent one that has enhanced the character of our home. If you are looking for a highly skilled, professional, and reliable carpenter, Dave is your man. We couldn't be happier with his work.

Dave recently converted a dead space into a fantastic cloakroom area for us. Dave is so easy to deal with, has great ideas about maximising the space and we are over the moon about the result. We have now bombarded him with other projects. Thanks Dave

I recently had Pod Lifestyle install two fire doors in my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with David and his work! From start to finish, David was professional, efficient, and meticulous in ensuring that everything was done to the highest standard. The doors were installed perfectly, with attention to detail that really stood out. David's craftsmanship and dedication to his work are top-notch, and I would highly recommend his carpentry services to anyone looking for quality and reliability. Thank you, David, for a job well done!"
